OPEN POSITIONS
Collision Repair Technician
Perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs on all makes and models. Experience with unibody and full-frame vehicles preferred. ICAR or ASE certification a plus.
- Experience in collision repair or body work
- Ability to read and interpret repair orders
- Familiarity with frame/structural repair preferred
- ICAR or ASE certification preferred (not required)
Automotive Paint Technician
Mix, match, and apply automotive finishes using PPG paint systems. Responsible for surface prep, color matching, and final finish quality on all vehicle types.
- Experience with automotive refinishing
- PPG or equivalent paint system experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
Estimator / Customer Service
Write damage estimates, communicate with insurance adjusters, and guide customers through the repair process. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude required.
- Experience writing collision repair estimates
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CCC ONE or Mitchell estimating software experience a plus
General Shop Help / Detailer
Support the shop with vehicle prep, cleaning, detailing, and general tasks. Great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to learn the collision repair trade.
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- No prior experience required
